I searched and found this recipe at Hanna´s Bakery . Also suitable for all vegans as the butter can be replaced with a milk-free alternative.
Chocolate balls with strawberry filling
- 100 gr soft butter
- 1.5 dl caster sugar
- 3.5 dl oat flakes
- 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
- 3.5 tablespoons cocoa
- 2 tablespoons cold coffee
- coconut flakes or powdered sugar
- 15 strawberries
Mix butter, powdered sugar and oat flakes in a bowl.
Then mix in vanilla sugar and cocoa and finally add cold coffee.
Form the dough into small balls and flatten them.
Put a strawberry in the middle and roll into a ball.
Roll in coconut or powdered sugar.
Store the chocolate balls in the fridge.
