Preparation: can be made in advance and frozen.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family: montserrat; font-size: 14pt;\">The secret is to grind or mix together capers, pickles and soy sauce, which gives a moderately salty taste to spice up the cream with.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><span style=\"font-family: montserrat;font-size: 14pt\"> 2 onions, thinly sliced \u200b\u200b<\/span> <br> <span style=\"font-family: montserrat;font-size: 14pt\"> 2 tablespoons milk-free margarine <\/span> <br> <span style=\"font-family: montserrat;font-size: 14pt\"> 1 kg potatoes <\/span> <br> <span style=\"font-family: montserrat;font-size: 14pt\"> 2 tablespoons capers, finely chopped <\/span> <br> <span style=\"font-family: montserrat;font-size: 14pt\"> 2 tablespoons pickles, finely chopped <\/span> <br> <span style=\"font-family: montserrat;font-size: 14pt\"> 1 tablespoon light soy sauce <\/span> <br> <span style=\"font-family: montserrat;font-size: 14pt\"> \u00bd teaspoon ground allspice <\/span> <br> <span style=\"font-family: montserrat;font-size: 14pt\"> \u00bd teaspoon ground cinnamon <\/span> <br> <span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"> 0.5 teaspoon salt <\/span> <br> <span style=\"font-family: montserrat;font-size: 14pt\"> 7.5 dl cream, t ex oat or soy cream <\/span> <br> <span style=\"font-family: montserrat;font-size: 14pt\"> 0.5 dl breadcrumbs <\/span> <br> <span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"> 3 tablespoons milk-free margarine <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><span style=\"font-family: montserrat;font-size: 14pt\"> 1. Set the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. <\/span> <br> <span style=\"font-family: montserrat;font-size: 14pt\"> 2. Fry the  onion in the margarine until it softens and becomes a bit transparent. <\/span> <br> <span style=\"font-family: montserrat;font-size: 14pt\"> 3. Shred the potatoes finely and mix with the onion in a gratin dish. <\/span> <br> <span style=\"font-family: montserrat;font-size: 14pt\"> 4. Mortar capers and pickles into a pur\u00e9. You can also mix it together with a hand mixer. Mix in soy sauce, allspice, cinnamon and salt. It should be as smooth  pur\u00e9 as possible. <\/span> <br> <span style=\"font-family: montserrat;font-size: 14pt\"> 5. Mix the pur\u00e9 with the potatoes and onion. Pour over the cream. <\/span> <br> <span style=\"font-family: montserrat;font-size: 14pt\"> 6. Sprinkle over the breadcrumbs and click on the margarine. <\/span> <br> <span style=\"font-family: montserrat;font-size: 14pt\"> 7.
