We\u2019ve created a recipe for you to recreate this delicious dish in the comfort of your own home <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/IKEAmeatballs?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#IKEAmeatballs<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/d89lRsJxH7\">pic.twitter.com\/d89lRsJxH7<\/a><\/p>&mdash; IKEA UK (@IKEAUK) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/IKEAUK\/status\/1252269467515617280?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">April 20, 2020<\/a><\/blockquote><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">IKEA'S MEATBALLS AND CREAM SAUCE<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(4 servings)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>500 gr minced beef<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>250 gr minced pork<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>1 finely chopped onion<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>1 finely chopped clove of garlic&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>100 g crust flour<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>1 egg<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>5 tablespoons milk<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Salt and pepper<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cream sauce:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>A splash of oil<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>40 gr butter<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>40 gr wheat flour&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>150 ml vegetable broth<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>150 ml meat broth<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>150 ml whipping cream<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>2 teaspoons soy sauce<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>1 teaspoon Dijon mustard<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.Mix the the minced meat. Mix in the chopped onion and garlic, crust flour and the egg. Mix well. Then add milk and season with salt and pepper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Form small meatballs out of the dough and place them on a plate. Cover the meatballs with, for example, plastic wrap and leave them in the fridge for a couple of hours. That way, the meatballs hold together during frying.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Heat the oil in a frying pan in medium heat and fry the meatballs all around.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.Move the fried meatballs into an ovenproof dish with a lid and cook them in an oven at 180 degrees (Celsius) (convection oven 160 degrees) for about 30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.In the meantime, you can take the opportunity to prepare the cream sauce in a saucepan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Melt 40 grams of butter. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mix in wheat flour and stir for a few minutes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add 150 ml vegetable broth and 150 ml meat broth and continue to mix. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then add 150 ml whipping cream, 2 teaspoons soy sauce and 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard and stir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Let the sauce simmer lightly as the consistency thickens that way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.
