I made a vegan apple cake according to this recipe
3 dl flour
2.5 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
1 cup sugar
1.5 dl oat milk
0.5 dl liquid veg margarine
3 sliced apples
cinnamon, sugar and a little syrup
Mix the batter and press down the apple pieces. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over the cake and drizzle over some syrup. Place in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 ° C.
