Vegan chocolate sponge cake baked in the microwave oven

It is Fazer who has created the recipe and you make a vegan chocolate sponge cake in a microwave oven and in a cup.

Simple chocolate cake - perfect when you get an unexpected visit.

Ingredients
6 teaspoons flour
6 teaspoons sugar
4 teaspoons cocoa
½ teaspoon baking powder
6 teaspoons Fazer Yosa oat drink chocolate 150ml
2 teaspoons oil

Mix the dry ingredients in a small bowl. Add Fazer Yosa oat drink and oil, mixing until the cookie dough is smooth. Spoon the cookie dough into small cups and run in the microwave on the highest heat for 1-2 minutes *. Let the cakes stand and cool for a while before serving.

Tip: If you want to make the cakes even tastier, decorate with grated chocolate or caramel pieces before baking. Enjoy!

According to Fazer, the cookie dough is enough for two large mugs or 4 small cups.

* I tested the recipe yesterday and after been forced to ventilate away smoke for a long time, I can only state that 2 minutes is too long.

My microwave oven can take a long time to heat the food and I usually have to add an extra minute to get the food warm. So when I made these cupcakes, I set the time to 2 minutes.

When I opened the oven door, smoke billowed out of the oven and there was a smell of fire smoke throughout the apartment.

I had another cup of cookie dough that would go into the microwave oven and I had it for just just over 50 seconds . The cake was ready and delicious on it extremely shorten the time.

Baked cake is about 1½ dl if you divide the dogh into two cups. Can be good to know.
