Vegan chocolate cake without oven

This is a chocolate cake with oat flakes and the best thing is that it is vegan. I would serve it with vanilla ice cream or with plenty of custard.

Ingredients

170 gr dark chocolate (choose wisely, all chocolate doesn´t taste good)

375 ml coconut milk

about 6 dl (220gr) instant oat flakes

(I had in some vanilla sugar too)

Here's how to do it

1. Take a baking tin 18 cm in diameter and grease the edges with margarine or oil. Cut into parchment paper so that it covers the bottom of the baking tin.

2. Divide the chocolate into small pieces and place the pieces in a bowl that can withstand heat.

3. Let the coconut milk simmer in a saucepan and when the milk is really hot, pour it on the chocolate pieces. Leave it all without mixing for a couple of minutes so that the chocolate melts.

4. Now you can mix the chocolate with the coconut milk to a cream.

5. Pour the oat flakes into the chocolate cream and mix well. (I crushed my oat flakes in a blender.)

6. Now pour the whole mixture into the baking tin and let everything cool to room temperature.

7. Place the cooled baking tin with the mixture in the refrigerator and let it cool for at least four hours.

8. Remove the cake from the baking tin and then only one thing remains. Eat and enjoy!
