What these two do not seem to know or care about is that TUI is largely owned by a Russian oligarch Alexey Mordashov. He is now on the EU's list of Russian private individuals who may be subject to sanctions.
As you know, Russia has attacked Ukraine and now the European countries have jointly intervened to stop Russia's inflow and outflow of money. Money that, among other things, could finance a continued war.
