Phillipe Cohen cooks crispy chicken in the oven and serves it with rice and fresh vegetables. Without chicken, even a vegan can cook and eat the food.
This is what you need: 500 gr chicken thigh fillet, 300 gr amadine potatoes, 2 onions, half garlic head, 2 twigs of tomatoes, 1 pot coriander, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 1.5-2 teaspoons strong curry, 1.5 teaspoons cumin, 1.5-2 teaspoons paprika powder, salt / black pepper / olive oil, a handful of cranberries.
