A man is lying on the sidewalk and from watching the video you can think that Kanye West has just beaten him down. Another person goes after Kanye and wants to hold his hand while Kanye shouts - "Go away from me!"
Police were called to the scene but then Kanye was no longer there. Now it is not always as it seems to be so it is up to the police to make an investigation.
