Alice Stenlöf has lived in her small apartment of 42m 2 with her boyfriend Philip Wong for a year and a half. When they bought the apartment in 2018 for SEK 2,060,000, the floor plan was redone.
Where there is now room for a dining table, there used to be a small bedroom. Now the sleeping area is behind a glazing. The entire kitchen and floors are new.
The apartment is located in southern Stockholm between the green line metro stations Sandsborg and Blåsut. That is, in Enskede.
Till Leva & Bo says Alice that she does not yet know where the couple will move but that it tends to be in Stockholm city. I guess in Östermalm where the rest of the group of friends live.
The broker's name is Erik Olsson and the ad is available at Hemnet . The starting price for the apartment is SEK 2,150,000 and the fee that has not been increased in the meantime is SEK 2,423 per month.
